Professional Quality of Life is a growing research topic among helping professionals, however, limited research exists within in TR and more specifically those working in Long- Term Care. In this presentation, you will learn about the research exploring the stories that have gone on to shape Professional Quality of Life among TR professionals working in Long -Term Care homes. Lessons learned from negative experiences and self-reflection questions will be shared to increase self-awareness, develop skills, and knowledge to support professional practice.
